Governor Carlos Massa Ratinho Junior handed over this Thursday (5) the keys to 33 new popular homes to families in Juranda, in the Midwest region of Paraná. The construction of the housing complex received an investment of R$2.6 million through the program easy houseunder the coordination of Cohapar, which presents a series of advantages to buyers.
In addition to the houses delivered, the municipality has sent a project to Cohapar for the construction of another 100 houses, in the entry value modality, in which the state government allocates R$ 15,000 to each family to start the financing, which secures home ownership and reduces the value of payments.
